Our Tale As It Spins Us!

This is our story -- I am Julie, and my sweetie is Patrick. We were both bookish kids turned sickly adults who stumbled upon the extraordinary products of Herbalife. We are not kids anymore. Although neither one of us has ever felt "old", neither one of us has ever felt "well" either. Each of us has always had an excellent understanding of diet and nutrition, the importance of organic farming, local enterprises, and the slow food movement -- but we were not what you'd call naturally healthy.

I used to love cooking, but after about 25 years lost interest in it. Patrick was known as quite the gourmet cook, but only kept it up until he'd won me. That did NOT go over well! Honestly, though we were both very much into food at one point, as illnesses sapped our strength, we stopped wanting to cook at all. A bad cycle of fatigue set in, with depression and weight problems -- I grew round and he grew thin, and we were both in pretty sorry shape.

Life became very difficult -- but one day I stumbled upon what first simply seemed to be an excellent business opportunity. Part of selling for this company known as Herbalife, which has an extraordinarily generous compensation plan (they pay out 70% of every dollar to their distributors) required consuming their nutritional products, which we did, although with utter skepticism.

What could this Herbalife company possibly have to offer messed up us? Everything, as it turned out. Tune in to read about our story, our continuing adventures with HERBALIFE! Health can be restored even after decades of feeling terrible.

This blog will also, from time to time, talk about the company Herbalife, a Direct Marketing company that reached the pinnacle for a network marketing firm -- being traded on the NYSE. This company, begun by a man with a vision named Mark Hughes, has thousands of distributors in 70 countries, meeting the strictest of import/export quality control guidelines.

Herbalife has succeeded in being more than just another diet food because of its concentration on a concept called "targeted cellular nutrition", and has made multiple advances in micro-nutrition in worldwide labs over the last thirty years. After three months and results we both consider life-saving, even shockingly so, we couldn't imagine depriving ourselves of the best nutrition we have ever had in our lives.

Yes, the concept of "lab food" is one I have always had trouble with, and we'll be discussing the arguments we face from natural food advocates (people just like us, actually). I'll just say here and now that the stuff regenerates bodies like nothing imaginable. For any questions regarding the products or the science of Herbalife, go to www.herbalife.com.
